The Salesforce Administrator is part of the Technology Team which works to deliver excellent standards of customer service, responding quickly and effectively with true personal ownership and responsibility.
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support ongoing development and integrating customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also facilitate and help to design Salesforce applications for our Business transformation project from Siebel to Salesforce.
The role will be the day to day contact and “first line” support for all Salesforce CRM queries within the Team, resolving issues and maintaining an exceptional level of service within technology Department.
Reporting to the CRM Development Lead, the Salesforce Administrator works closely with the business, technology and project teams to deliver and maintain new and enhanced Salesforce functionality, enabling delivery of the LTA strategy.
The role requires a candidate with a pro-active approach and wide experience and understanding of different Salesforce implementations
