The LTA's vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’, and our mission is to transform communities through tennis, focusing on three areas – making tennis welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone.
Everyone’s life is different and there are many reasons why a traditional full time working pattern may be difficult to undertake or difficult to commit to. At the LTA we have a 'Talent Community' (Flexible Talent Bank) which offers flexible temporary assignments when the needs arise.

Additional Information:
- When we post a new assignment/job/contract to all individuals in our FTB pool, the salary/hourly rate will always be included in the post
- The salary/hourly rate changes, depending on the level of experience required, however, the LTA pay all employees a minimum of the National Living Wage and Real Living Wage.
- The contracted hours, are also dependent on the assignment brief, however typical consist of a 35 hour week
